This movie is not to be confused with Dead Man Walking starting Sean Penn. This is a sci-fi adventure story. The year is 1997 (back when 97 was considered the "future") the world has been devastated by a Plague. The sick are confined to Plague Zones. There is another strain of the virus, it's deadly but it is not contagious. Men with this strain are called Zero Men. They are prone to living dangerously. When a murderous Zero Man, Decker (Brion James, Fifth Element) escapes the trouble starts. It is a hard film to find, but it is worth it. Jeffery Combs plays the main character Chaz, whose girlfriend has been kidnapped by Decker and taken into the Plague Zone.
