Jeffrey Combs, Ashley Laurence, and Lance Henriksen are together again in this action crime drama. Bill Knight (Jeffrey Combs) is a camera man who just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. Now everyone, including the police, are after him for the tape of the crime. With the help of Laura Bryant (Ashley Laurence) and the mysterious government agent Donovan (Joe Don Baker), Bill Knight has to fight against Taft (Lance Henricksen) and apparently the rest of the world to prove his innocence and to stay alive.
